A woman called Star Tupac Shakur has been remanded in custody after being accused of battering a pensioner with a wooden table leg in Torquay.
It follows an incident in Church Street on Saturday, November 28.
Shakur spoke only to confirm her name when she appeared before magistrates in Torquay on Monday.
