A MAN accused of sexually assaulting two women while acting as an illegal loan shark is to face a judge and jury next May.
Mark Constantine, aged 54, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court accused of lending money without a licence.
He did not enter any pleas to any of the five charges he faces.
Constantine, of Higher Stert Terrace, Prince Rock, allegedly lent cash and arranged hire purchase deals while not authorised between April 2014 and May 2015.
