A MAN wanted by police after the breach his licence conditions is to appear at court later this week.
Paul Prestidge was arrested by Cambodian police at his rented Phnom Penh flat on the morning of October 17 at the request of the British authorities.
Prestidge, formerly of Efford, was jailed for three years in 2007 for making indecent images of naked boys and keeping hundreds of child abuse images on his computer.
