THE jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering Tanis Bhandari is set to reconvene tomorrow after the case was adjourned for legal discussion.
Donald Pemberton, aged 21, is jointly charged with murdering the 27-year-old builder in the early hours of January 1.
Pemberton, of Victoria Road, St Budeaux, also faces three counts of wounding with intent Jamie Healy, Sean Cordon and George Walker during the same incident and of assaulting Matthew Daw causing actual bodily harm.
