PROSECUTORS are set to decide whether to retry a man accused of raping a woman after a jury was unable to agree a verdict.
The jury of six women and six men had spent seven hours and 35 minutes deliberating over the evidence against 28-year-old Alan Seagar.
The trial has seen Seagar admit he had made "a stupid drunken mistake" but insisted the sex was consensual, and "wasn't rape".
