A COURT heard how Donald Pemberton told officers they would know if he had murdered anyone, "because it would've been one of you *******", while his co-defendant, Ryan Williams, told an officer "Murder – I killed him".
Pemberton, of Victoria Road, St Budeaux and his co-defendant, Ryan Williams, were arrested at the entrance of Milford Lane at the border of Whitleigh and Tamerton Foliot by police following the incident on the green at the village in the early hours of New Year's Day....
