THIS is the moment a danger driver is caught speeding and swerving through traffic in roadworks on the A38 in Plymouth.
Bradley Edgecombe, aged 32, has been banned from the road and handed a court bill of more than £3,000.
He was filmed in a Ford Focus sharply overtaking one car and then undertaking another near the Manadon roundabout.
A police officer recorded Edgecombe driving at speeds of up to 77mph in a coned area with a 50mph restriction.
