A WOMAN has appeared in court accused of blackmailing and sexually assaulting a man.
Gemma Pinkerton, aged 25, has denied demanding money with menaces and indecently touching the man on July 28.
She allegedly demanded that the man pay her £20.
Pinkerton, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty when she appeared at Plymouth Crown Court via videolink from prison.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial, to last two days, starting on January 5 next year.
