A Cornwall child rapist who was caged after getting a teenage girl pregnant today failed in a Court of Appeal bid to clear his name and win his freedom.
Terrence Harold Tucker, 49, denied four counts of rape and three of sexual activity with a child but was found guilty in September.
Tucker, of Golitha Rise, Liskeard, was jailed for 15 years at Truro Crown Court in October.
