A HOUSE burglar has been jailed after he went home to Poland rather than comply with his suspended prison sentence.
Grzegorz Dabek, aged 28, "disappeared" and failed to keep in touch with his probation officers, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
He only resurfaced when he was caught stealing from a shop on his return to the country.
Dabek was handed a ten month jail term in March, suspended for two years.
