AN ANGRY thug run over a neighbour in his car in a row over parking, a court heard.
Andrew Glazsher, aged 46, knocked over the man after he moved a wheelie bin saving a space outside his home.
He drove his Ford Fiesta into the man as he stood in the street and bruised his back, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
His own barrister said he described himself as a "human volcano".
