A PLYMOUTH man to tried to re-launch a city nightclub is to face trial next month on charges of fraud and theft of a BMW car.
Ashley Fletcher, aged 24, has previously pleaded not guilty to three allegations of fraud by false representation and one of converting criminal property when he appeared at Plymouth Crown Court.
