A CONVICTED child sex offender and former teacher who was on Plymouth's most wanted list for five years after he fled the country to Spain and Cambodia, has appeared at a Bodmin court.
Paul Prestidge was arrested by Cambodian police at his rented Phnom Penh flat on the morning of October 17 at the request of the British authorities.
