POLICE in Plymouth are searching for a missing man with a shaved head called Phil Mitchell.
Mr Mitchell, aged 27, was reported missing from his city home yesterday and has not been seen since.
Police say they are becoming "increasingly concerned for his welfare".
Mr Mitchell is described as being of medium build, with a shaved head.
He is believed to be wearing blue jeans and a dark blue long sleeved jumper.
He was last seen driving his vehicle, a blue Ford Mondeo registered number...
