REPORTS that a man was seen carrying a speargun in his trousers at the scene of a major crash in Plymouth are being investigated by police.Officers were first called to Budshead Road, Whitleigh, around 7.40pm last night after a motorcyclist and a car had collided.The crash, which left the 27-year-old motorcyclist with "serious, but not life-threatening or life-changing" injuries, prompted police to close both Taunton Avenue and Whitleigh Way while emergency services cleared the road...
