THREE teenage boys have been arrested following the latest fire at Plymouth's beleaguered Quality Hotel .
Six fire engines and more than a dozen firefighters tackled the fourth floor blaze shortly after 6.30pm on Friday. Crews using hose reels and an aerial platform took around 40 minutes to dampen down the fire as police closed off the road.
