A WOMAN who claims a pensioner had sex with police officers has won her appeal against conviction.
Virginia Lyle, aged 54, overturned a guilty verdict for harassing the neighbour and saw her sentence quashed.
A judge and two magistrates upheld her appeal against conviction at Plymouth Crown Court.
Lyle had denied harassing the neighbour in King Street, Stonehouse, last October. But she was found guilty by city magistrates at a trial in April.
