A MAN who admitted sexually assaulting a young woman in the middle of Plymouth was let off with a fine and no need to sign the Sex Offenders Register.
Marcin Balazy, of Hill Park Crescent, Greenbank was arrested by police following an incident at 4.55am on May 10 near the Student Union bar on the Plymouth University campus.
At the time the victim told investigators she was followed by Balazy from the Cuba bar in North Hill to an isolated area within the campus.
