A MAN has admitted assault and having a bladed multi-tool in the street.
David Dugdale, aged 32, committed the offences in breach of a suspended prison sentence, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Dugdale, of Wolsdon Street in Stonehouse, pleaded guilty to having the Leatherman tool in Union Street on January 30.
He also admitted common assault against a man on that day.
Dugdale, who has a long list of previous convictions, changed his pleas on the day of his trial.
