TWO men who flooded the streets of Plymouth with heroin have been jailed for a total of almost ten years.
Robert Harris, aged 27, and 36-year-old Paul Lynch were part of a supply chain which brought enough of the drug to the city to make 12,400 deals, a court heard.
The pair were caught red-handed after a drug deal involving almost half a kilo of heroin in a pub toilet.
But police were watching and also found almost three quarters of a kilo of heroin in Lynch's hotel room nearby, Plymouth Crown...
