A PLYMOUTH man is set to appear at court accused of being a loan shark.
Mark Constantine, aged 55, was arrested by members of the England Illegal Money Lending Team – who work in partnership with Plymouth City Council's Trading Standards and Devon and Cornwall Police – after they executed a warrant at Higher Stert Terrace, Prince Rock on May 13 this year.
A number of items were seized from the property relating to suspected money lending.
