A MAN is to face a judge for sentence for stealing a wide-screen television set during a burglary.
Ryan Smith, aged 22, appeared before city magistrates to admit entering a home as a trespasser.
He stole a 40-inch flat screen set worth £350 from the house in Kelly Close, Barne Barton, on June 19.
Smith also asked for another offence to be taken into consideration.
Magistrates ruled that the offence was so serious that Smith should be sentenced at Plymouth Crown Court.
