A MAN has appeared in court accused of raping one girl and indecently assaulting another.
Dale Tippett, aged 49, faces three counts of raping one child in Plymouth between 1994 and 1996.
Tippett, of Devonport Road, Stoke, is further charged with three offences of indecent assault against the second girl between 1999 and 2001.
He did not enter any pleas at Plymouth Crown Court but his barrister Deni Mathews said the case would go to trial.
