A PROLIFIC offender who stole meat from a supermarket has been jailed for eight weeks.
Chronic heroin addict Marcus Easterbrook, aged 33, has more than 70 previous offences on his record, Plymouth magistrates heard.
He pleaded guilty to the theft of four packets of meat worth from Morrisons on September 19.
Easterbrook, of North Road West, was locked up for eight weeks, ordered to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
