DODGY tobacco has been taken out of circulation after Trading Standards officers targeted a Whitleigh house.
Plymouth City Council said it would continue its work to disrupt the supply of illegal tobacco as it found more than 130 pouches of hand rolling tobacco which had been smuggled into the UK and sold cheaply, avoiding taxes.
