AN ANGRY thug who ran over a neighbour in his car in a parking row was caught driving while disqualified only a week after he was sentenced.
Andrew Glazsher, aged 46, knocked over the man hen he moved a wheelie bin saving a space outside his home.
He drove his Ford Fiesta into the man as he stood in the street, bruising his back, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Glazsher walked free from court with a suspended prison sentence and a driving ban.
