POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man knocked himself out as he tried to kick a dog.
Officers were called after three young men were seen – and heard – engaging in a loud altercation at around 11.30am on September 8 near the junction of Poole Park Road and Estuary Way in Barne Barton.
One of the men was believed to be walking a three-year-old girl to a nearby nursery and walking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
