A BUSY stretch of the A38 through Plymouth has been closed by police following reports of a car fire.The road was initially completely closed between the Manadon Roundabout and Forder Valley, according to reports.The incident is thought to have happened on the slip road on to the Exeter-bound A38 at Manadon.By 7.30am one lane was back open and traffic was described as "slow moving and queueing" on the Eastbound carriageway.Initial reports from the scene said an accident had closed the...
