POLICE say they are having to go around Plymouth closing front doors that dozy residents are leaving open.
Officers in the Mutley area said they closed several doors on behalf of dim-witted householders who had left them open for anyone to wander in.
The Mutley and Greenbank neighbourhood policing team tweeted: "While on foot patrol in Mutley and Greenbank today I have closed a number of front doors that have been left open."Make sure you check!"
