A white van man who collected mountains of rubbish from residents before dumping it all over Plymouth has been spared jail.
Liam Donaldson, aged 28, advertised his 'removals and waste disposal' services on Gumtree on Facebook.
In August last year a council worker drove past a layby in Merafield Road, Plympton, and noticed a pile of rubbish including mattresses, broken wardrobe and bed parts, chairs, an oil radiator and an armchair.
