Police say they believe they may have tracked down the driver involved in a dramatic crash with a set of traffic lights in Plymouth this morning.
Police had been hunting for a motorist who fled the scene after smashing into a set of traffic lights at a busy pedestrian crossing.
The destroyed set of lights were left lying beside Victoria Road in St Budeaux this morning after the black 4x4 drove away from the dramatic crash scene.
