A woman has admitted two counts of assaulting a police officer and using racist abuse on the same day.Kayleigh Thornton, aged 31, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to admit three offences in the city on February 2.The mother-of-two pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer and one of using racially-aggravated threatening behaviour.Judge Paul Darlow adjourned sentence until August 4 for a probation report.Thornton, of Salisbury Road, St Judes, was released on bail.READ NEXT:'My...
