A WARRANT for arrest has been granted for a woman charged with having sex in a park in-front of shocked bystanders.
Gemma Pinkerton, 24, was due to appear in front of Plymouth Magistrates on Friday for sentencing, but failed to turn up.
Pinkerton, of Ham Drive, has previously faced magistrates to admit an act of outrageous public decency.
Pinkerton, along with Darren Carter-Moore, 27, was caught having sex in front of witness in Devonport Park on July 30.
