Shocking CCTV footage has captured the moment a staffie ran out from behind bushes and launched into a vicious attack on another dog – leaving it blind.
John Kilburn was walking his Shih Tzu Millie on Saturday when a dog, thought to be a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, came flying towards them before latching onto Millie's neck.
