A MAN accused of two serious assaults on the same day is to face a judge and jury.
Ben Simmons, aged 22, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court charged with two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.
He allegedly attacked Daniel Ives and Robert Shaw on February 8.
Simmons, of Ferndale in Mid-Glamorgan in Wales, denied the offences when he appeared before city magistrates.
