A builder from Yelverton has spoken of his shock after almost being hit by a car in a police chase through his quiet neighbourhood last night.Robert Stacey, 26, was taking his three-month old Calpi-cross-Collie dog out for one of its first ever walks when he saw five police cars chasing a vehicle which ended up hurtling down a bank into a bridge.He said the whole experience - which he describes as much like an action film - has left him shook up and a neighbour in tears.Tavistock police tweeted...
