A man accused of sexually assaulting one woman and attacking another is to face a judge and jury.Syed Shahed Ahmed, aged 25, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to deny two offences on the same day.He pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting one woman on January 1.
Ahmed, of Delamere Road, Eggbuckland, further denied assaulting a second woman causing actual bodily harm.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial on October 30.
