A Plymouth man has been cleared by a jury of sexually abusing a boy and a girl after a second trial.Lee Mitchell, aged 31, was acquitted on eight charges of indecency with the children at Plymouth Crown Court.He left the court a free man after a retrial which lasted more than a week.Mr Mitchell, who was first interviewed by police in October 2015, first went through the ordeal of a trial last December.But that jury was unable to agree on its verdicts.A second jury has now acquitted Mr Mitchell...
