POLICE are appealing for the owners of two bicycles to come forward.
Officers from the Plymouth south and central neighbourhood team seized the two bikes – a Scott YZ2 mountain bike and a Scott 30 mountain bike – today after a man was arrested on suspicion of theft.
If you recognise either bike, contact the south and central neighbourhood team on 101.
