A man is in police custody after armed officers were called to a property in Ernesettle tonight.
Eyewitnesses told The Herald several police vehicles and an ambulance were called to Biggin Hill, near the junction of Budshead Road shortly after 9pm.
The call related to concerns for a male at a semi-detached property.
Armed officers, some seen carrying baton guns as well as the more usual semi-automatic rifles and side-arms, were seen in the area.
