A man has been cleared by a jury of sexually abusing a girl more than 15 years ago.Scott Barton, aged 42, was acquitted by unanimous verdicts of after a week-long trial at Plymouth Crown Court.The jury took only an hour to find him not guilty on all five counts.Mr Barton mouthed his thanks to the jury before leaving the courtroom with his supporters – who held hands in solidarity in the public gallery.One woman cried with relief as the foreman announced the verdicts.READ: POLICE UNDERCOVER...
