A man allegedly went a 'mini rampage' while wearing a t-shirt with the words 'I AM GOD', and police are appealing for any victims to come forward.
Police received reports of a disturbance in Exeter city centre at around 3am on Saturday, April 22.
Units attended and after a short chase, two men aged 30 and 27 were arrested on suspicion of affray; the 27-year-old has since been released with no further action to be taken against him.
