A heroin addict who robbed a pensioner with dementia in his own home has been branded a "complete scumbag" by the victim's daughter – as he started a long jail term.
Prolific thief Shane Webb, aged 35, persuaded the 78-year-old to hand over cash and then snatched more money from his pocket, a court heard.
