Four men have been remanded by magistrates after appearing on the charge of conspiring to supply 17 kilos of cannabis.
Prosecutor Gareth Warden told Plymouth Magistrates' Court how the men had been arrested by police on Wednesday in Military Lane, Efford.
Officers had stopped two vehicles – a Vauxhall Zafira and a black Ford Galaxy – and carried out a search.
