A 67-year-old man from Barne Barton has been arrested on suspicion of being a loan shark.The England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT), working in partnership with officers from Devon and Cornwall Police, raided an undisclosed address in Barne Barton sometime this morning (Wednesday).
