Travellers have returned – once again – to a popular playing field next to the River Plym - despite a mighty six foot chain-link fence put in place by council chiefs to stop them.
Around nine large caravans, plus a number of flat-bed trucks and large cars, have arrived at the Prince Rock playing field in Embankment Road.
They are at least the third group to set up in camp in Plymouth lately.
