A man who raped a girl under the age of 13 in the stairwell of the Toys R Us car park has been jailed for three years and four months.Connor Hiscocks appeared at Plymouth Crown court after pleading guilty to one count of causing of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and two counts of sexual activity with a child under the age of 16.
