Police have revealed a man caught walking down a city street carrying a large kitchen knife had earlier called police claiming he intended to seriously harm himself.Officers were called to near the JobCentrePlus building in Exeter Street at around 11.30am on Monday after receiving reports of a man seen carrying a knife.
