Three teenagers facing trial for an alleged affray are to be sentenced for the lesser offence of threatening behaviour.Jake Hellyer, aged 19, and Michael Giles and Jordan Stubbs-Williams, both aged 18, were due to appear before a jury at Plymouth Crown Court.All three have denied using or threatening unlawful violence during an incident in Honicknowle on June 15 last year.Giles and Stubbs-Williams admitted the lesser public order offence of threatening behaviour.Katie Churcher, for Hellyer, who...
