A man is to appear at court tomorrow charged with false imprisonment, robbery, fraud and causing grievous bodily harm with intent to a vulnerable person.Luke Rouse, aged 21, was arrested in Bodmin following a series of alleged incidents which took place at a property in the Plymouth area earlier this month.
